Club social run meeting outside York Sports Village reception ready for a 7pm start.

Distance will be 8 to 10 km. Pace will be to suit the group and no one will be left behind.

A group run for anyone who wants either as preparation for the York District Road Race League or other events you have coming up.

The run will be on pavements / footpaths.

Please wear appropriate clothing/ footwear and bring hydration/ nutrition as appropriate.

Please ensure if there are any changes to your health/medical form - that you let your session leader know ahead of the session and please only attend if you are fit and well.
