time for our General Meeting.

This year the meeting will take place at the trembling Madness in Lendal.

As there is a lot on the agenda this year it is important that you are taking part to shape this future of our club,

Please send any items for the agenda to jan@yorktriclub.co.uk, and confirm by the 8th of October if your interest in any offices such as secretary or other by contacting jan@yorktriclub.co.uk

The Agenda will include items such as:

Election of offices:

- Club Secretary

- Membership Secretary

Confirmation of offices:

_ Chairperson

- Treasurer

- Welfare officer

Proposal & vote of changes to the constitution (please see separate email)

This year there is no cost for you to addend the meeting and there t a fully licensed bar is available for you to by drinks or bar snacks.
