And we are back!
None of you asked for this, but we are still offering it our annual winter hills and drills session.
We meet at the entrance to York Sport village warmup then run up and downhill.
This is great for building strength, character & form!
Due to the short punchy nature of the route no one is dropped and you get to see people as you fly up the hills and glide back down.
we are also adding in sessions focused more on drills and form this year so what’s not it love?
This is an outdoor session so please ensure you wear suitable
clothing for the prevailing weather conditions. The location has street
lights put please wear hi viz if possible. It is your responsibility to
ensure you have adequate hydration.
Please ensure if
there are any changes to your health/medical form - that you let your
session leader know ahead of the session and please only attend if you
are fit and well.
In attending this session you are expected to engage in accordance with York Triathlon Club''s policies and practices.
