Triathlon specific spin class
This classes are perfect to build strength and endurance during those long dark winter month in a friendly surrounding.
To take part you need to sign up, as bikes are strictly limited.
This year the sessions will be split into two blocks of 5 sessions each.
Block 1: Strong focus on strength and skill building on the bike
Block 2: focus is still on bulding strength but moving towards long sustained efforts.
Equipment required is:
- Towel
- Water and/or Sports drink
- Clean trainers or bike shoes (the spin bikes have SPD (mountain bike cleats)
- Comfortable sports wear
please arrive 5min early to set up the bike and warm up
We will be meeting at Studio 2 which is on the mesanin floor.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are fit enough to attend.
In attending this session you are expected to engage in accordance with York Triathlon Club''s policies and practices.
