Strength and conditioning is back!
S&C is a key way to support your training as well as general health. As well as helping to make you faster, it can help you avoid injuries and build stronger muscles and bones, both of which are essential for health, especially as we get older.
Sessions are specifically developed to support you in your running, cycling and swimming and are suitable for everyone, whether you''ve got experience or not.
Sessions will include (but are not limited to) mobility and stability work to ensure both range of motion and stability at the key joints used in triathlon, strength work (such as lunges, deadlifts, goblet squats - note we are using body pump kit rather than a full gym set up), core work, plyometrics to strengthen lower legs and bones, balance, breathing, mindset and more.
