These swim sessions will be pushing your aerobic performance and aiming to improve your CSS over the next 7 weeks (beginning 4th June). This is perfect for any distance or speed of swimmer as a final block ahead of a summer of racing.

What you will need:

Necessities - swim kit, towel, goggles and water bottle.

Incredibly useful to have - a pull buoy, fins and kick board.

Location: We swim at Energise and usually meet poolside. We would recommend using the lockers rather than leaving your kit poolside - you will need 20p.

Please ensure that if there are any changes to your health / that could impact your ability to take part in the session, you let your coaches/session leader know ahead of the session and please only attend if you are fit and well enough to take part.

If attending this session please act in accordance with York Triathlon Club''s policies and practices (see tab on MyClubHouse).

Wait list and cancellation

If you can no longer attend the session, please cancel as soon as possible to allow others to take your place.

You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the session to receive a refund. (Click the withdraw box next to your name on the event to cancel)

If on the waitlist you have one hour to accept your place before it rolls down to the next person. If you are on the waitlist but can no longer attend please cancel your place so a free place can roll straight to the next person.
