Time to get a sweat on!
Whilst this is not a race - we won’t follow the standard “no drop” policy (except for accidents). This gives a chance for riders to push themselves and improve their fitness.
This is for experienced group riders only that have attended the pace line sessions at the track. Rules of the road must be followed at all times.
The route will be the same each session, starting and finishing at Knavesmire Corner, setting off at 18:00 with a gentle chatty warm up out to Bishopthorpe, then after the bridge, it’s GAME ON. We’ll wrap up after one or two laps, depending how people feel.

In order to attend this session you must have attended two of the Monday night bike skills sessions at the track earlier in the year.
(If you only attended one then you can attend the session on 25th may as your second)
Please bring hydration and nutrition as appropriate as well as appropriate clothing/ eye-wear according to the weather forecast.
Your bike should be in safe working order, and helmets must be worn. NO TT bikes. Ever.
Wait list and cancellation
If you can no longer attend the session, please cancel as soon as possible to allow others to take your place.
Please ensure that if there are any changes to your health / that could impact your ability to take part in the session, you let your coaches/session leader know ahead of the session and please only attend if you are fit and well enough to take part.
